Posted April 22nd, 2008 by JasonS0201Attached is my deliverable that includes FAQs and a few Tips. As I mentioned earlier, weekly e-mails usually on Friday afternoon will be sent out to all the employees for self-educating themselves on threats (malware, adware, spyware, worms, Trojans, rootkits, viruses, and phishing attacks). These will be delivered as 5 minute reads on novice user level resources such as CNET.com Usually an article or two will be sent.
Attached is my FAQ document in PDF form.

Posted April 21st, 2008 by RyanG0301Attached are the final drafts of my communication solutions. The contact list is still an ongoing work in progress to obtain the remaining phone numbers from members of the house but all of the e-mail have been found and added in. The document is attached as a PDF but is actually an Excel document because the contact list is much more useful in that form. The event posting has also been converted to PDF for easy submittal but is actually a Publisher template file which can be used to create postings that all follow the same layout.

Posted April 21st, 2008 by TedH0201The communications problem that my fraternity is facing has become very bad over the years. I have come up with some solutions to help fix this problem. Attached is a memo that would be sent out to the avtive members of the fraternity that they could read to help them understand the problem.

Posted April 21st, 2008 by KrystleK0101Included is the URL of the website I created to help improve communication between managers and staff at the Blue Gate Restaurant where I am currently employed. This would be a password-protected website that only employees would have access to. Also, due to privacy purposes I was unable to post personal information of the current employees, but the template that will be used can be viewed. The managers agreed to show the website to the company's website coordinator to see about incorporating my version into the original that is currently available.
