The Women in Business Club here on the Purdue Campus has the problem of insufficient communication amongst campus, which results in falling recruitment numbers and a large turnover rate.

o Mission statement and history of the organization
o Calendar of events with the topic of each meeting
o Other resourceful websites of past visitors and other organizations that promote the feminine influence.
o Other helpful business tips that could be used
• Interview tips
• Make up and dress
• Campus help
• Brand new fliers for the upcoming semester for recruiting purposes.
• Facebook Group
o This will also serve to send out messages to the whole organization, knowing that college students check their Facebook more than their email or other websites.
