There are several documents needed in order to solve the communication gap regarding changes to the server infrastructure in the TLT department. 

• The first document is a memo detailing the need for communicating changes, why the communication is important, who is in charge of the process, and where to find more information such as procedures. 
• The second piece required is a procedure document, most likely in a wiki.  This document will have images and snapshots.
• The third document needed is a spreadsheet with an interface that allows users to alter information fairly simply.
• The fourth document is a Microsoft Visio diagram that uses information in the above spreadsheet to display the current TLT server configurations.
