As mentioned in my previous post, I will the use Madison Township Lion’s Club as my organization. The way the Lions Club has been doing things has been the same forever, and now our members are all in the excess 50 years old (except for me). With such a large generational gap and people not joining as they used to, the Lion’s Club needs to start promoting members. Currently recruitment is spoken of but there are no advertisements or any sort of notifications alerting the community of the need. In addition to the recruitment, as things have been done the same forever, the application process is offset as well, as we only request a few brief pieces of information.
