I always appreciate these examples we get when starting a new topic; I really feel like seeing the comparison between the Sophos white paper and the not-so well designed white paper will help my team and I. It was really hard to see even try and read the non-Sophos paper. It was weird when I noticed that I had made it thru the longer paper with no problems and without losing interest, but when I turned to read the paper that was shorter in length, it was so much harder to actually get thru it.

The graphs and the visuals were definitely a plus; a lot of people like me are visual learners and comprehend a lot better when we can actually see what the writer is talking about. The visuals did just that, they cleared up any miscommunications that could have came from the paper. The outlined sections with headlines helped organize the paper a lot as well. I really think my entire group will take this and learn a lot from it. I was telling another student in this class that I would have been scared to even think about posting pictures or graphs on our paper, luckily with these examples we found out that it is actually a good idea.
