Some potential communications that will help my fraternity convey information more efficiently can be:

1) Create an email address that everyone can check so that one email can be send to the whole group,

2) Create an address book that everyone has access to so they can send an email to the entire house,

3) Install a large dry-erase board in a common area to display relevant information,

4) Educate all the members how to quickly and accurately write and send emails,

5) Create a monthly calendar to display important dates.

I chose Delta Upsilon Fraternity as my organization. I chose my fraternity because I am very well versed in how the communication works and the problems in that communication. Delta Upsilon is the only non-secret fraternity and holds a strict non-hazing policy. There are many chapters, but the chapter I am focusing on is here at Purdue. There is a long, rich history of DU's at Purdue.

I chose these organizations because I have been or currently involved in them. This gives me good insight to communication in them.

Attached is my Peer Review and Assessment.

I wrote the second half of the paper cover two of the three solutions to the problem addressed. I also completed the first four sections of the peer review. Nathan and I are planning of meeting together and reviewing our white paper and make changes from the suggestions from the peer review.

My research consisted of the Environmental Building News articles and sections from Sustainable Construction book. I also used an article from Green Builder Magazine.
