Attached is my week 9 to week 16 posting log.

Attached I have provided my proposed solutions to the communication problem with Delta Gamma’s Anchor Splash Philanthropy. I have proposed to design and hang an appealing sheet sign in font of Delta Gamma to possibly attract people not in Fraternities and Sororities. Secondly I have provided an information sheet that will be passed out at all Greek houses on campus to get the information out and get people aware of our cause. Lastly there is a sign up sheet that will be collected to ensure participants for the event.

Attached is my template for the sheet sign that would be hung out in front of Delta Gamma. There is also a sign up sheet that would be dropped of at other houses, and flyers that would be passed out as well.

The organization I have chosen to work with is Delta Gamma Anchor Splash. There has been a recent decline in attendance, and participation, as a member of Delta Gamma I am concerned and I have a few ideas or suggestions that may improve the program for next year.
-Increase Networking
-Advertise the event more.

-Do other philanthropies to increase participation in our own. Good PR.

turn increase participation.

The organization I have chosen to work with is Delta Gamma, specifically Anchor Splash. This is a student based organization. Anchor Splash is a philanthropy event that is put on by Delta Gamma. The proceeds of Anchor Splash benefits service for sight and aid to the blind. Typically Anchor Splash raises a sufficient amount of money for the philanthropy. This year there was a decrease in participation but the amount raised was not harmed too much, but moral was not as high because there were not as many participants. I have a few ideas on how to increase participation and lift moral.

The first potential organization I feel could use help is my current place of employment, Dance, Moves & Gymnastics (DMG). DMG has a flourishing business. I do feel though that many people, even patrons, do not know about the many resources DMG has. I think that through more detailed advertising DMG could have an even more successful business. Possibly through updating the website and other more advanced forms of communication.

Our group divided the work to piece it together later. I formatted the executive summary and conclusion. I continued my research to make my paragraphs more in depth and interesting. I am now working on the transitions to finalize our white paper to make the paper more cohesive and make it uniform.
