The Purdue Wakeboard Club and Barefoot Skiing Club both have a major problem of keeping riders in touch with each other and up to date on schedules. To help solve these problems I can create the possible communication media:
•Create Facebook groups
•Create formal email and phone contact lists
•Create a blog with subscription properties to update riders
•Create an additional page on the Purdue Ski Team’s website for both clubs
•Schedule times for riders to meet and hang out

The organization that I have chosen for my project is the Purdue Wakeboard Club along with the Purdue Barefoot Skiing Club. Both of these organizations have a problem communicating to each of its members for various reasons. Both of these clubs had been put together last semester by some other members from the Ski Team along with myself. We tried to get everyone to show up for barefooting practice at least once a week, but it was tough to communicate when the boat was available for us, when the other barefooters were going, and who the drivers were.

Following is a list of organizations for which I may be able to create a communications solution.

ITaP's search engine does not provide the results to find the proper resources
___The Purdue Wakeboard Club
The wakeboard club has no effective way of getting a hold of riders to collaborate on session times and boat hours.
___The Purdue Barefoot Ski Club
The Barefoot Ski Club has the same communications issues as the wakeboard club
___Purdue’s Technology Computer Network (TCN)
