Posted April 21st, 2008 by TedH0201The communications problem that my fraternity is facing has become very bad over the years. I have come up with some solutions to help fix this problem. Attached is a memo that would be sent out to the avtive members of the fraternity that they could read to help them understand the problem.

Potential Communications, Scott Dennis, 4/07/08, TedH0201
Posted April 7th, 2008 by TedH0201Potential Communications for my fraternity:
1. Create a website that would allow members of the fraternity and alumni to give a website administrator important information that would be available to all brothers.
2. Create a Forum where active members and alumni could register and post their own information and blogs about important dates and other relevant information to the fraternity.
3. Create a “mail” section of our fraternity newsletter so people could write in and have their own articles (similar to opinions section of The Exponent)
Organizational Choice, Scott Dennis, 4/2/08, TedH0201
Posted April 2nd, 2008 by TedH0201The organization that I am going to use for this project is my fraternity Phi Kappa Sigma. Our fraternity has about 50 members on campus 20 of them in house and 30 of them scattered around the area in apartments and houses. I have been an officer of the fraternity for 3 years and have held every office from Vice President to House Manager. One thing that I have noticed about our house is a terrible lack of communication. Often times the officers will make decisions or decide on dates for events at times other then regular chapter meetings.
Potential Organizations, Scott Dennis, 03/31/08, TedH0201
Posted March 31st, 2008 by TedH0201The only organization that I belong to that has a problem with communication is my fraternity. We have a terrible time getting information out to the entire house. I feel that this would be an excellent organization for me to use because I am and have been an officer of the fraternity since I was initiated. This fact would make it very easy for me to implement the decisions I make in this project.

Research and work (b)log 3 week 11, Scott Dennis, 3/21/08, TedH0201
Posted March 22nd, 2008 by TedH0201So far in my group I feel that all of the members have made equal and valuable contributions. My specific contributions thus far include:
1. Searching out other people who had the same individual proposal as I did and contacting them.
2. Helping to form our group of people who had the same individual proposals.
3. Writing up the three proposed solutions in our group White Paper Proposal
4. After everyone in our group emailed me their part of the group White Paper Proposal, I formatted them, put
them together, converted them to PDF and posted them.
