Communication Solution Final Draft, Scott Dennis, 4/21/08, RyanG0301
Posted April 21st, 2008 by RyanG0301Attached are the final drafts of my communication solutions. The contact list is still an ongoing work in progress to obtain the remaining phone numbers from members of the house but all of the e-mail have been found and added in. The document is attached as a PDF but is actually an Excel document because the contact list is much more useful in that form. The event posting has also been converted to PDF for easy submittal but is actually a Publisher template file which can be used to create postings that all follow the same layout.

Posted April 16th, 2008 by RyanG0301Attached are my communication solution documents for review. Note that the contacts document is still being complied but the layout itself is what I could use feedback on. Please review the documents and provide any suggestion you may have in order to improve the documents. Also, please comment on whether the documents seem to go together or if they would benefit from style changes.

Potential Communications, Scott Dennis, 04/07/08, RyanG0301
Posted April 8th, 2008 by RyanG0301I have several ideas for communications that might aid in resolving some of the communication related issues that my fraternity is experiencing.
-Make and present a PowerPoint presentation to the organization pointing out what are current goals are and what issues are preventing us from reaching them. This is important because members who don’t hold officer positions can otherwise be left in the dark for what direction the organization is going.
Organizational Choice, Scott Dennis, 04/02/08, RyanG0301
Posted April 2nd, 2008 by RyanG0301The organization that I have decided to go with for this project is my fraternity here at Purdue. I have been a part of the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity since basically the first days of my college career. Over the past three years of my participation within the organization I have had the opportunity to experience many different aspects of the organization both good and bad. Delta Sig is a dynamic organization that is always changing as an organization and growing with its members as they grow.
