The Madison Township Lion’s Club has the problem of member recruitment. To help bring in members I can create the possible communication media:

• Fliers dedicated to the recruitment of the organization
• A formal letter requesting members from the community
• A brochure advertising the organization as a whole, with a section for recruitment
• Cards created for the members to hand out for a “bring a friend” meeting
• An advertisement in the local newspaper

As mentioned in my previous post, I will the use Madison Township Lion’s Club as my organization. The way the Lions Club has been doing things has been the same forever, and now our members are all in the excess 50 years old (except for me). With such a large generational gap and people not joining as they used to, the Lion’s Club needs to start promoting members. Currently recruitment is spoken of but there are no advertisements or any sort of notifications alerting the community of the need.
