You can make a static archive of your Drupal site using a program called SiteSucker, which you can download for free through this link. This program is for the Macintosh only (Windows users should read Scooping your Drupal Site with HTTrack).
Open Site Sucker.
Click "Settings."
Set "HTML Processing" to "Localize."
Set "Download Option" to "Get All Files in Same Directory."
Click on "Limits."
Check the box next to "Maximum Number of Levels." Set this value to 8.
Click "OK."
Copy and paste the complete URL of your site into the "Web URL" blank.
Press return (or click on "Download").
The download will begin. It may take several minutes or up to an hour depending on the size of your site and the speed of your connection.
After scooping, your archived Drupal site will appear in a folder on your Desktop.
