In general, the tutorial to create a Table of Contents was difficult to follow due to the lack of timing control. The tutorial doesn’t give the user enough control of the speed. There needs to be more “back” or “next” buttons to be able to see a step again or just to pause the important steps and give the user time to catch up with the tutorial then continue at his or her own pace.

Some of the wording in the text boxes needs to be more detailed and explain what will be going on. Instead of referring to your process notes on the OSDDP site, insert more of these steps in the tutorial and explicitly explain what the user should do.

The text boxes are too big in some places and need to be resized.
