The resume I have drafted  incorporates some, but not all of the elements of a good resume, according to the power point. My strong points include alignment and proximity, but I lack in the areas of contrast and repitition. I do not repeat my strong points enough to signify to the employer that I truly possess the skills they are looking for. If I were to revise and include more repitition I believe it would make my resume a lot stronger. As to contrast, I never before thought how important this could be. I will need to go back and revise my current resume to include more contrast so that my employer will be able to focus more on the points I wish them to see. If I were to go back and change my resume, I would repeat more of my strong points in my mission statement. Also, I will try to think of a clever way of contrasting my arguments to make my skills and unique personality stand out.
