White Paper Draft progress log

Our team is working on our white paper draft to submit next week.
For my part I have been writing the section following Tony's research into the Lafayette and West Lafayette HRC websites. My research was into other IN city HRC sites as well as HRC sites in cities and counties in other states. My primary focus has been on client-centered features that could be adopted and adapted to improve client-centered information and usability on the Tippecanoe County HRC site. This week I revisited all the sites I researched earlier to make sure I hadn't missed any important aspects of the sites that we might want to recommend. Now I am writing up a report on this research and a discussion on 'found usability' features that we will recommend to the Commission in our report. I will also contribute my sources to the annotated bibliography and work on the executive summary once the draft is assembled
