Dear Business Writing Peers,
Since our last meeting with the Tippecanoe Human Relations Commission (THRC), which I have attached as a separate .doc file to this post, I have been entrusted with a follow--up task.

I contacted Mr. Mike Piggott to confirm some of the remaining and rather outstanding questions that were not addressed at the October 2008 meeting. Mr. Piggott was not present, but both Edith Pierce-Thomas and Shannon White were available. Moreover, David Blakesley was also on site recording the respective minutes for the October 2008 meeting.

At the meeting Josh Prenosil and I were able to obtain a follow-up meeting scheduled 20 November 2008. At this meeting we, as a team, hope to share with the larger THRC members at the YWCA ("Y") our present progress re: the white paper research and paper project.

The team, consisting of Karen, Rita, Tony and myself were able to develop a drop.io site and to assign individual roles to the larger white paper project.

Lastly, at the writing of this blog post--I received an e-mail from Mr. Mike Piggott that he would have my answers to the earlier interview--type questions by this morning, Monday 3 November 2008.
