Our group has gathered a great deal of research, so it looks like the next step is to figure out where to focus our attention for the white paper.

For example, we could decide to look at the current web site and propose three additions or changes. Or we could take a slightly larger look at the commission and recommend three changes - like additional documentation of the complaint process, the introduction of web-based forms, and a closer working relationship between the three commissions.

It's a bit daunting to try to reduce this to a manageable project. I'm seeing some parallels between what we're working on and the challenges I'm seeing with my students' white papers, since I've just reviewed their rough drafts.
