Project Log for Week 16: The Final Draft

This week, we made the final revisions to our pamphlet for the Benton Community Foundation, and then we sent the final draft to our client, Ashley Bice.

I meet on Monday and Wednesday with Alison and Brian to make the suggested changes our client had for our pamphlet. In addition, I wrote several emails to our client as well.

On Monday, December 3, at 11:30, Alison, Brian and I met to change the format of the pamphlet to meet the suggestions Ashley Bice gave to use. We then wrote an email to Ms. Bice asking for her opinion and telling her we welcome any additional recommendations she may have.

On Tuesday, December 4th, we received a reply from Ashely Bice and set up at time for our group to meet to make the improvements to our pamphlet.

On Wednesday, December 5th at 5:15, Brian, Alison and I met to make the final revisions to the Holiday giving pamphlet. We then sent the final version to Ashley Bice and Julie Barst.

We all collaborated together to make the final changes to the giving pamphlet, rather then delegating individual duties to group members. We found that it was easier for us to accomplish a task when we meet face to face, rather than exchanging ideas over email. However, electronic communication was very helpful when communicating with our client, because she was able to write out her recommended changes and we would refer back to them as needed.
