Week 16: project log-revising and final draft

This week our group accomplished more than any weeks in the past. We divided up the project last week and we each decided to cover a certain topic for the brochure. We each decided to have our information to Amy by last Saturday night. Amy and Beau worked to put together the rough draft. We turned in our draft to Julie and heard back from her on the 3rd. Julie gave us positive feedback and thought that we had a pretty good firs draft. Beau made the necessary revisions and e-mailed us asking us to make revisions. He then e-mailed the final draft to Julie on the 4th.

This group was very challenging for me. For project 2, my group members were all flexible enough to meet in person 2 times. I felt that made everything much easier. I guess everyone just had very busy schedule, so we were not able to meet in person. WE also did not chat which made things very difficult. All work was done via e-mail and this took up some time and made things a little chaotic. However, we all pulled through and I am very happy with our final draft and am confident that we will do well. I just e-mailed Julie by evaluations for my group members, so I am done!

I have learned a lot about time management and online collaboration through this class. It was too bad that we did not get to work with our original client but the alternative project turned out to be quite challenging too. I just want to say that it was nice to work with you all and get to know you all. Thanks to everyone who helped me with suggestions and tips to improve my writing. I enjoyed working with you all! Good luck on your final exams and I hope you all have a nice winter break!
