From Holly
Posted November 28th, 2007 by MorganSousaHi everyone, Rebecca and I visited Holly this morning to obtain feedback on your website drafts. (I will post that feedback shortly.)
We did, though, just receive the following information from her. She was interviewed by someone from The Exponent, and you may find it useful as you proceed with your draft revisions.
Q: Why do you think it is important for students to volunteer at Wolf Park?
What you should be doing now
Posted November 7th, 2007 by RebeccaLNow that your design and content teams have been assembled, your website creation will be moving from simple to complex as you work to create a professional and effective website for our client, Wolf Park. To help in that effort, reread or scan through Chapter 31 in the handbook, paying particular attention to the discussion of Managing Folders and Files (pg. 696). Believe me, you will be much happier, your work on the site much easier, if your files and folders are logically and intuitively organized at the beginning.
Group Pairings!
Posted November 7th, 2007 by MorganSousaHi everyone, Rebecca and I have reviewed your drafts and memos, and we have paired each of the design groups with a writing group. We managed to pair each group with one of their two preferred matches. Following are the new group assignments:
Answers from Holly at Wolf Park
Posted November 2nd, 2007 by RebeccaLHello all ~
Attached you will find Holly's answers to your questions. Please read through the entire document, even parts that you think don't pertain to you or your group or that answer questions you didn't ask. You will find some common overall themes and objectives here that will help you create the best design or content to meet as many of the objectives as possible within the time and resources you have available.

Content from Holly!
Posted October 31st, 2007 by MorganSousaHi everyone,
Attached to this post are 3 files (see below): biographies of the wolves at Wolf Park, biographies of the staff at Wolf Park, and a biography of the founder of Wolf Park.
You should include all of this text verbatim into the material you're producing. This material is very important, as it describes the most critical members of the Wolf Park organization. The information in all three files should be included--as it appears here--in your final products. If you have any questions, please contact your instructors.
While you're waiting
Posted October 29th, 2007 by RebeccaLSome of you have asked about the "splash page and 4 linked pages" requirement and about what you can/should do while you're waiting for the answers to your questions for the client.
While you're waiting, you should be working on planning and laying out the site according to your vision for the design or content (depending on which your group is working on). You will need to create at least the splash page (aka "home" page, site portal, etc.) and 4 first (and perhaps second) level pages that one will be able to link to from it.
Update about Semester Project

I have submitted your (last week's) questions to Holly and am still awaiting a response. As soon as I do, the information will be posted to the site. If you have any additional questions, make sure you get them to us before Wednesday at midnight.
