Expectations for Interview

My interview with Writing to Win president Stacie Marsh is set for this Thursday, November 12 at 4 p.m.. Stacie suggested we meet at Starbucks near her place of work. Throughout our correspondence our emails have become very casual, following her lead. I expect since she wanted to meet in a relaxed environment, the interview will be fairly relaxed and comfortable. Her experience shows she is very knowledgeable so I expect to learn a lot. More specifically, I expect she will explain to me the basic ideals of grant writing and how to carry on a career in the field. I also want to know what makes the job potentially challenging and what makes it rewarding. I also would like to know the different types of grant writing you can be involved and specialize in, and perhaps how to do so. I think the interview will be very informative . She seems like a very friendly, open person, so I am really expecting the process of interviewing and talking to go smoothly and hope to develop a contact that can be utilized in the future.
