Just a final reminder that final interview reports are due this Thursday, December 10th. Also, don't forget to complete your class evaluations online.

You all have done really well this semester with some difficult material, and we have all learned a lot from your incredible insights. You should be very proud of all that you have accomplished. Have a wonderful break!!

Here are a few reminders about the end of the semester and calendar issues.

• On December 1st, we commence our class presentations. Be prepared at the beginning of class to give your presentation.
• Audience members will be listening closely and evaluating your presentations. Your audience members will also be expected to ask questions.

Just want to alter you that I am slightly revising the calendar for this month. The midterm exam will be in class next Thursday, and we will move the readings for Peeples to the following week. I have print copies of the updated calendar that I will distribute in class today.

Welcome to our website for the semester, which runs on the open source software, Drupal. You can expect to encounter Drupal and other content management technologies in your classes in Professional Writing at Purdue, as well as in the workplace.

We'll spend some time in class acclimating to Drupal so don't worry if it feels complicated or disorienting at first. Be sure to ask questions and help one another as we learn the technology.

We're going to learn a great deal this semester, so let's get started!
