This week was a busy week and we were all worried about who was doing what.
I think as a group we are working really well together, so none of the deadlines would be a problem.
I couldn't make it to Boys and Girls Club to deliver the contract, but I signed it. When Jessi and Isabelle went they also took pictures, and since Joe said he couldn't make it as well, he went to the Beck Lane unit and took pictures there.

During Thanksgiving week, our group did not complete any work as a group. We decided to take the week off and come back next week to finish the final draft of the project.

However, while on break, we made sure that we were all thinking of ways to complete the project and start developing creative ideas for the advertisement for the Sunshine Diner.

I hope that through the use of InDesign, we will be able to create a document that is suitable for public use.

The week of Thanksgiving was an interseting one for my group. I had been attempting to contact our client to sign the contract and get clarification on his request for a deliverable from Thursday through Monday. I finally reached him on Monday to learn he wanted the general manager of the store to sign the contract because he was leaving for the holiday and due to being sick. He then informed me that the general manager would not be able to meet with us until 2:00pm on Tuesday. I tried to get clarification of the email template however he was not helpful.

It was essential to have a lot done before Thanksgiving Break, so we could feel comfortable after in finishing the project. To do this we needed to have all the necessary information for completing our rough draft of the brochure we are making for the Boys and Girls Club. When Jessie and Isabelle went to get the contract signed last Friday they also took pictures of the Lyn Treece unit. The Thursday before that I went and took pictures of the Beck Lane unit.

This week our group did not meet much due to the Thanksgiving holiday. After our conference with Mr. Baker last week, we began trying to contact Mr. Edmondson, the owner of University Spirit. We were unable to reach him until Monday morning, and our signed contract was due on Tuesday. We attempted to clarify exactly what our client wanted for his email template, and once Sara relayed his desires, Maxie and I made the appropriate changes defining the deliverable in our contract. The changes were minor, and we were able to accomplish this through a phone call. Since Mr.

This past week our group successfully finished our video interview. Alex, Ryan and myself met at the Morton Community Center to interview Brenda Lorenz. Kenny knows how to edit the film so we decided since he was doing that he wouldn’t need to be present at the interview. I was the interviewee and Ryan was the cameraman. Alex was there for moral support. Brenda was a pleasure to work with and seemed very enthusiastic about the interview. Prior to the interview we gave her the questions we were going to ask her so that she wouldn’t stutter or be confused on camera.

For this week, our team made the final revisions to the agreement and planned to meet Ms.Moore on Monday (11/23). However, since she had a busy schedule, she could not meet us in the afternoon as we hoped she would be able to. However, Tyler and I were able to meet her in the evening for a few minutes to go over the agreement we have drafted and got her signature.

Due to Thanksgiving holiday this week our group was not able to get as much accomplished as we would have during a non-holiday week. Sandeep and Tyler were able to get the memo of agreement signed by Ms. Moore on Monday evening. Sara was unable to go due to the fact that she was out of town for the upcoming holiday, and I was unable to go due to a work schedule that I could not change at the last minute.

This week our group focused on finalizing the contract for the Client-Based Service Project. Isabelle and I met with Mr. Richardson on Friday to go over and sign the service contract agreement. We also took pictures of the Lyn Treece club while we were there. We lucky enough to be there on a day when there was party for the kids going on in the gym, so we got a lot of really great pictures. Joe also took pictures of the Beck Lane club on Thursday before leaving for break. Isabelle agreed to drop off the finial signed service contract agreement at Mr. Baker’s office on Monday.

Over the past week, our group met last Friday afternoon to finish and produce our video portion of the project. I was the camera man and Michaela and Alex asked questions to our client, Brenda Lorenz. Kenny plans to finish off the rest of the video and cut it and edit it for the final version due to the fact that he is a professional in the computer design and technological world. Also, at this video meeting time on Friday, we had the forms and contracts ready for her to sign so that we may continue with the rest of the project.
