This week we had completed a lot of deliverables. We completed our rough drafts on Sunday to ensure that we were prepared to meet with Mr. Baker on Tuesday. Tuesday we met to determine what else we needed to complete to templates for Lafayette Instrument. After we met, we as a group met to finish the templates and turn them into final draft quality. We also work on the video project by reserving a camera, scheduling an appointment to meet with a member of the Lafayatte Instrument team for the interview, and determine what questions we would ask. We will be completing this next week. Overall, we were very productive in completing the two templates that we have created for Lafayette Instrument. We did run into a few small problems along the way. When Chelsea created her template and saved it, it immediately saved as a Word document (which is what the client wanted). Because this happened we are not sure why it happened or exactly how it did it on its own. The template I created in Publisher has been a challenge. It will not become a Word document as easily and we have been trying to do this all week. The client did tell us that a Publisher document would be acceptable.
